Meet The Team

Dr. Etzl opened this practice in 2004 and has been providing high quality Chiropractic care to the Oneonta area ever since. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) in 2004. Prior to pursuing Chiropractic, Dr. Etzl received a B.S. in Biology with minors in Chemistry and Business from the University of Albany in 2001 while also working as an EMT.

In his free time, Dr. Etzl enjoys working on his truck, spending time outdoors and rollerskating.

Dr. Rodgers, an Oswego, NY native, joined the team at Etzl Chiropractic in January of 2024. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences in the Fall of 2023. While in Chiropractic college, she also received a Bachelor of Professional Studies degree in Integrative Healthcare from Northeast College. During her time in undergraduate school, Dr. Rodgers played Division 1 ice hockey for the University of Minnesota Duluth and for Robert Morris University while studying Exercise Science and Biomedical Engineering.

In her time away from work, Dr. Rodgers enjoys playing golf, cooking and watching stand up comedy.

Dr. Bush returned to his home area and joined the team at Etzl Chiropractic in January of 2024. Dr. Bush received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences in the fall of 2023. Dr. Bush is also studying Applied Clinical Nutrition through Northeast College and will graduate with his Master's degree in the Summer of 2024. Prior to attending Chiropractic college, Dr. Bush received a B.S. in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland.

In his free time, Dr. Bush enjoys cooking, weight lifting, golfing and gardening.

Mellisa has been working with Etzl Chiropractic since June of 2023. She has many roles in the office from scheduling to working with insurance companies in order to ensure that our day to day operations run smoothly. When you give the office a call or walk in for your appointment, Mellisa is the friendly voice and face you will meet first. Being a Licensed Practical Nurse, Mellisa also adds another health care perspective to our Chiropractic practice.

In her free time, Mellisa enjoys being with her children, which often entails coaching T-ball, spending time at camp and attending numerous sporting events.
